Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely and on time.

Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or color variations can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
