3. Shipping & Delivery
At Elunzea, we strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary based on the selected shipping method and your location. Please note that Elunzea is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges in accordance with our official Returns & Exchange Policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags and labels intact. Please note that certain products—such as intimate wear, sale items, and customized pieces—are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and policy considerations.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We currently accept payments via bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD). If payment is not received or fails to process, Elunzea reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice. Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
